Vultures 1 album review

Heeeeeeesssss Baaaaaaaccckkkk! That’s what that intro tapped into as soon as Ye says “This that… GLORY!” You could feel the effort put into having made something this sonically perfect!

Okay I could be dick riding, pause, and putting my cape on for Ye and anyone rightfully so considering how scrutinized and ridiculed he is over media for headlines and clicks… if anyone was to forumlate their own opinions of him without the influence of media you’d see someone who just seeks freedom! And that seeking for freedom was felt throughout the album!

One of my favorite tracks is “Back to Me” with the wonderful line “Beautiful Butt Naked Big Titty Women just don’t fall out the sky you know” the percussion on this track and the energy of ty dolla singing a smooth ass hook! Then towards the end you have Freddie Gibbs spitting BARS over the infectious production… it’s a recipe of feel good meets hip hop and I love it! It’s most def a vibe worth checking out.

Another major standout, CARNIVAL, featuring Rich The Kid and Plaboi Carti is worth a solid listen through a well crafted sound system! Yoi’re greeted with a crowd chasing “Go Go Go Go…” then during the chant a bass synth is added giving a monstrous profile through the sound system. It’s an experience you have to try with the sound at maximum! My Sonos system sounds like a stadium playing this one.

The album as a whole felt very close to when we went to see Ye live with Drake in Cali a few years ago and the sound system was so incredible!!! He performed all the hits and the way that felt this album fits perfectly!! It’s the grown up Travis album and like i said… production Ye is Back for sure!!!!!

10/10 great album!
